MMA Calendar of Events

The UFC cranks out fights about twice a month. Throw in UFN, WEC, Strikeforce, and all the Japanese promotions, and suddenly it’s super hard to keep on top of MMA events. I decided to put together a public MMA calendar that you guys can subscribe to. It’s filled out into Q2 at this point, and I hope to keep it updated throughout the year.

Please update this calendar! I find it very useful, but it hasn’t been updated since I subscribed to it. It stops at Silva vs Sonnen.

Guy, great calendar BUT!
Please put the actual fights in the event details along with start time so people make more sense of your calendars.

Hey Johnny, I agree that the card and times would be awesome. I was doing that that initially but it quickly ended up being too much work for a dude with a day job. The fight cards change frequently and Japanese fight time zones were a bit of an issue. If anyone would like to co-maintain this calendar let me know in these comments. I’d welcome any sort of help!

Hey great calendar, but as others has pointed out not as updatet as one would like, I my self is an ufc, wec fan so I wouldn’t mind putting in some info in the calendar, for upcomming events just as a service, Contact me if your interested.

Hey Monkey, first of all, great job for doing this. I found one other such calendar but it was way too detailed with minor events:

That said, are you still maintaining this? I notice it doesn’t have this Saturday’s Strikeforce for instance, but it has the next few months UFC. I realize it’s a chore to maintain, but I’m sure many people including myself use it (I for instance have it sync with my Android phone automatically). I’m also sure that others including myself would be willing to help edit it and keep it up to date? Perhaps consider opening it for public editing? Or perhaps by invite?
