Exos Polymer Casts

Exos has created high-tech casts that are 50% lighter than plaster and 25% lighter than fiberglass. The casts are dry-heat custom moldable, re-moldable, waterproof,and feature a lace compression system to adjust fit. Also they look effin sweet.
The reduction in bulk makes it a better candidate for training with certain injuries in submission grappling, as long as you don’t hit your training partner with it.
