Takedown, Leg Lock, Hair Pull?

Here’s a video that made me chuckle. The narration says “… pull his hair and finish the situation”. Now I’m curious to see how this situation is finished. Does he let go, apologize, and then they go on their way? Do they look at each other awkwardly for a while then laugh about the hair pulling?
